Mirrored Ironbull

Clockwork Bulwark

Its hulking frame is forged from confiscated swords, shields, and cannon barrels, each piece bolted together into a seamless, matte-black carapace. The surface is unnaturally still, swallowing any ripple that tries to form in nearby water, leaving the pond beneath it a dead, unreflective void.

Reverberating Resonance

Gears within the bull emit a low, metallic hum that vibrates the air. The resonance interferes with divination magic that relies on reflections, granting advantage on saving throws against spells such as *mirror image* and *faerie fire* when the bull is within 30 feet.

Goring Charge

+8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 2d10+5 piercing damage and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Whirling Blade Flank

+6 to hit, range 15 ft., one target. Hit: 2d8+5 slashing damage as the mounted blades spin outward.

Tactics

The Ironbull begins combat by burrowing forward and unleashing a Goring Charge to break enemy lines. It uses its reflective plating to sow unease, forcing foes to act cautiously around water sources. When surrounded, it retreats into its burrow, letting its Whirling Blade Flank sweep at ranged attackers while its resonant hum hampers spellcasters.
